ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE IN STORE, OR BY RETURN SHIPPING PAID BY CUSTOMER. FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

For Online Pickup Orders
For orders that have been placed online for store pickup, we will keep your order at your convenience until it has been picked up. We do not have a time limit on pickup orders. If you would like to cancel your pickup order, please contact the store within 10 days for a full refund. If you cancel beyond 10 days, we will issue a refund in the form of payment, less a restocking charge of 20%, or we can issue a credit for the full amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
